As a healthcare provider who is lucky to care for residents in Maplewood, I have a unique perspective into the workings of this building. I really enjoy coming to the building weekly. When you first enter you are welcomed by their incredibly kind receptionist. She always welcomes you to the building with a smile, and I enjoy our discussions. The facility staff (nurses, care partners, etc.) are very well informed on what is going on with each of their residents. I have seen so many kind interactions between their staff and their residents. To top it off, the decor is very warm and inviting!!!

My family toured several places and we were prepared to hate them all, because nothing would be good enough for my dad. However, Maplewood is such a BLESSING!!! They have been kind, patient, attentive, and their communication is amazing! We are so grateful we found a place that we can trust to provide the absolute best care for our dad!
If I didn’t already have a mortgage and a career, I’d be asking if they had room for one more—Maplewood at Twinsburg is that nice. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the kind of luxury and elegance that makes you wonder if you accidentally wandered into a boutique hotel. The dining area looks like something out of a Pinterest board, complete with a view into the kitchen so you can see your culinary dreams being plated in real time. The building is filled with natural light, stunning décor, and amenities that make it clear no detail has been overlooked. And the tech? They’ve integrated it so well that even your most “technology-averse” relatives will feel like they’re living in the future (in the best way). Special shout-out to Morgan, who brings genuine warmth and hospitality that instantly makes you feel welcome. Maplewood isn’t just beautiful—it’s thoughtful, modern, and full of heart. Highly recommend touring... just be prepared to feel a little jealous.
Very nice facility, the staff is courteous and attentive. My mother is now a resident here and she seems to be very happy with the therapy and assistance she receives. She also told me that the meals are very good compared to the other facilities she has experienced.
My clients family decided to make the move from Danbury in Hudson to here, Maplewood at Twinsburg! It was the best decision they made for him by far. It’s a complete 100% difference here then the other place. The staff are super friendly and amazing, they really, truly care about their residents and you can see it by the care they receive. We haven’t been here long, maybe close to 2 months, in this short amount of time my client has received more care then he did In the 6 months he was at Danbury. I’ve only showed up once to him in wet pants and it was at no fault to the staff, he had just used the bathroom. His room is ALWYAS picked up and smells good, toilet/bathroom is cleaned almost daily! My client seems happier here and like he’s doing so much better. It took him a while to get used to people doing things for him, like changing him and showering him. Simply because if he refused at the other place they would just leave him. I barely have to shower him or change him because it’s already done when I get here. I can’t thank Maplewood and the staff enough for being so amazing and giving my client (who’s like a grandpa) the care he needs and deserves!
