My Father in law started in the rehab area and then moved to the nursing home. I have to say with any nursing home, you always have to watch out for your loved one. You must check on them every couple of days. This faculty did the best they could. Some of the nurses and staff were awesome to work with. You will always get some bad seeds. I have a lot of the places I looked at, this was a very clean and nice facility.

I cannot say enough good things about Mapleview. The staff is incredibly kind and compassionate, and they always go above and beyond to make sure the residents feel comfortable and cared for. The facility is well-maintained and provides a warm, inviting environment. From the beautiful grounds and great leadership, it's clear that this community is dedicated to enriching the lives of its residents. I highly recommend Mapleview to anyone looking for a top-notch rehab and long-term care setting.
I was at Mapleview for rehab. I found the physical therapists, very compassionate and helpful! The therapists Were so efficient that when I got home, I was very prepared to be on my own. I would also like to acknowledge the staff that was so friendly and very helpful. Lori, in billing, Andrew, DeeDee and Brittany. I also found the food sometimes excellent most times very good and always satisfactory. I would recommend this facility.
Zero stars. This place lacks the caring professional staff that these elderly folks deserve. Staff sit around talking on their cell phones and take 45 minute lunch breaks and other times just disappear and you never know when you will see them again. The few quality aids that work there are taken advantage of. They have admin working as caregivers. People did want to work there until. They work with unprofessional coworkers. This place is a joke.
This facility was by far the best facility my mother has been in. She was there for therapy after a hospital stay. She's been to at least 4 other facilities. Everyone made her feel welcome. They treated her kindly and they treated my husband and I kindly also! The food must have been good because she always finished it. As long as I let them know that there were certain things she disliked. And they were very responsive to her needs. She has urinary and bowel incontinence and they came to her room every hour and a half to 2 hours to check if she need toileting. This saved them a lot of work too. So I think they felt it was worth it 😄. She was definitely in better shape physically than some of the places she stayed in when she came home. I'd like to give a shout out to all who cared for her in the north wing. Or if that's not right it's the hall off to the left when you come in. Thank you for your care of my mom We are going on vacation and have set her up there for respit care! We are in our early 60's and haven't had a vacation in 2 years because we've not been comfortable placing her at the other facilities she's been to. There is one thing I would have appreciated and that is I'd liked to have spoken to the doctor.
