The Director/CEO of Maple Springs came all the way into Anchorage with his wife to visit my dear sweet mother in her last few days of her life! My family and I were truly touched by this compassionate visit!! Maple Springs is the only place to be with your loved ones who need assistance and help! Thanks so much Maple Springs!!

The environment and Maple Springs is very welcoming. It feels good inside and everyone we interacted with were helpful, kind and genuinely cared about my Mom and her well-being! When one gets to this point in life with a parent or loved-one where you are looking for solutions, Maple Springs took all the guesswork out of it and helped us understand what our options are and worked hard to accommodate my mom's unique situation. They informed and taught and were helpful throughout the entire process!
The Dietitians assistant here has adamantly refused and failed to provide my grandmother with a diet that is free from her DIAGNOSED ALLERGIES! If your loved one has any dietary restrictions at all be very wary. Especially as staff have been short and dismissive with the issue.

This is a beautiful place that is happy to have you. There goal is to take care of your loved ones when you can’t be there but happy to have you as much as you can be there. I know several people who work here and know that anyone who resides here is loved and cared for like it was their own family....they understand what you would want for your own family and go out of their way to provide that for you and your older loved ones
