Thank You Maple Hill Senior Living! Your leadership and nursing team are professional, and caring. You listen, help, and try as much as possible to accommodate needs. Your Activities Director in Memory Care is delightful. She makes it fun for the Residents and Draws them each out to get them involved. Mom was immediately making friends. The Aids are so loving and kind. They go above and beyond even stopping in to see Mom when she wasn't assigned to them. The Maintenance team did a great job, and are so kind as they go about their work . And the food was great! Nice variety and hard working kitchen crew. EVERYONE here has been Extremely loving and kind We can't thank you enough for helping us through tough times with so many hugs! ♥️

Good morning Please read if you have any love ones in this place please move them out ASAP. Do not move anybody here please. It's a lot of good nursing homes with good memory care and assisted living. Please keep looking. Maple hill is not good
I worked at maplehill for 3yrs it was my first job as a home health aide 🫶🏽& I can honestly say this place taught me so much about being in health care I loved coming to work knowing I made a difference in others lives i mostly worked in memory care which taught me patience for that I would like thank you all because now that I’ve moved on I’ve became a Certified Nursing Assistant & also in school too become a RN thanks for everything & i hope all is well with the residents there I miss you guys 🫶🏽 this place will always hold a special place in my heart ❤️
This place is horrible. Please do not move your loved ones here you will regret it. I worked here for years the new management is very unprofessional. They do not care about the workers or the residence. They’re only here to collect the check And them kind of people should not be working in healthcare field. if you have any questions email me and I will give you my honest opinion, please keep looking.
The whole process with this facility was a nightmare. My father passed away his life partner of 25 plus years being handicapped with a traumatic brain injury and broken legs to where she has to use crutches for her legs was totally and utterly I feel disrespected by this facility. And having nobody none of her case managers with Thomas Allen that was assigned to her case by the Ramsey county completely dropped the ball if I had not stepped in to help her she would have been totally lost her case manager didn't even know that she was her case manager until I had to reach out to her numerous times before even getting a response. Then we get referred to Maple Hill by her case manager at Thomas Allen and they make all these promises with her they convince her through me I can idiot to convince her that this is the best place for her that everything would be taken care of for her. She's self-sustaining she gets her grocery stores she gets to her medication to pick him up from the drugstores she makes her own meals with her microwave. And then they beg us and beg us and beg us to come in and do an assessment. We set up the appointment a week ahead of time and then at the very last moment the nurse decides oh well I can't keep that appointment and they try to get us to change our whole schedule our whole life because they had to wait until the last minute to let us know so we tell him that we can't change our schedule. So they asked us to be there ahead of the appointment which was at 1:00 we get there at 12:30. The nurse doing the assessment didn't even come and see us until a quarter after 1:00 and not only that she could not even stay for the whole assessment she handed it off onto somebody else who was a trainee. My stepmother just lost her life partner my father of 25 years and they said oh we're not able to help her because they didn't get her answers snap snap quick quick just she has a TBI a traumatic brain injury that she had successfully lived with since 1970. And because we couldn't change our schedule to fit their screwed up schedule they deemed her unfit for their facility. I don't think my stepmother is unfit for their facility I think their facility is unfit for my stepmother. Do not trust this facility do not even waste your time going in there and talking to any of them cuz it would be a dramatic waste of time do not subject your loved ones to this facility. I WOULDN'T SU SUBJECT A RABID DOG TO THIS FACILITY. And now after all that with my own health feeling with seizures and strokes Thomas Allen has shot the ball they know her condition they were assigned her case by the county and they expect her just to jump in a car and go and take off what is a case manager for just to sit there and do the paperwork when I asked him to give her back to Ramsey county so that she can get the proper care they don't want to do that so this facility here Maple Hill Senior Living and Thomas Allen are not the facilitators that you need for your loved ones please find someone else find someone that will actually take the time and stick to schedules and keep their word instead of getting your loved ones and your hopes up that somebody is finally going to be able to step in where you can no longer step in for them.
