Jan responded quickly to my request to tour Manor Lake in Cartersville. Our questions were answered and we were given needed information that we didn't know we needed! The atmosphere of the facility was happy and relaxed. Jan's professional manner helped my sister and I choose a Manor Lake residence in Hiram, GA because of it's proximity to my sister's home.
