I toured Holiday Manor at Steeplechase with Spencer and loved the community. The grounds and view are stunning, especially the back units. The place was very clean and the renovation well done. The dining room is beautiful, open, and welcoming. I toured around lunchtime and it was sweet to see so many residents sitting together with other residents or family members. There is a wide variety of floor plans offered and the two bedroom felt really nice and spacious. Definitely not “cookie-cutter” like some other places felt. Rent is surprisingly reasonably priced compared to the other communities I looked at in the Franklin area and the location can’t be beat. I highly recommend!

As a client care advocate for Comfort Keepers, the staff at The Manor has always been a welcoming place to me and our caregivers that have assisted residents as needed. Great staff that want their residents to thrive!
I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my Mom’s transition to Independent living. Shara was a Godsend to our family. She was our introduction to the facility. Mom came away from the initial meeting knowing this was “her spot”. Shara not only assisted with the initial transition, she continues to offer support. Mom has transitioned well. And, I can rest easy knowing Shara and staff have their residents best interest in mind. Highly recommend!
We have been living at the Manor for almost four months and we love it. What I appreciate most is staff courtesy and responsiveness. The management rolls up their sleeves with hands on involvement with residents. The food is good; there are dozens of activities and transportation is available to important destinations and appointments. We are very happy with our clean and comfortable apartment. Don't hesitate to look here for a great place to enjoy retirement!
What a Fantastic place! The Manor at Steeplechase has everything you or your loved one will ever need. They think of every detail to ensure your comfort and safety. Shara H. is a terrific asset to the team; knowledgeable, thorough and understanding! This place is a true gem!
