absolutely horrible! don't go there! the place is dirty, smelly, horrible food, horrible care, leave residents in filthy conditions, don't clean them. rooms are dark, dirty, clipped paint, not working equipment. administration don't return calls or emails. the pictures online are not this facility. misleading! nightmare!

My Dad has been living here for 2 weeks & I am so grateful so far. He was living somewhere else & not getting the proper care. Kari has been amazing to ensure my Dad is settling in nicely. Amber has also been so great. She has been sweet & knowledgeable especially on insurance to ensure my Dad gets the proper care, assistance & therapy he needs. So far I have no complaints but I also know that no place will be perfect. Thank you all so far!
I am so happy and thankful for all of the great care and love that Manchester Rehab gave to my aunt. We could not be any happier with the great support, nursing care, therapy. The administrator, Rachel was always so kind and helpful. She really cares about the patients in the home and she has a great team that cares like she does. If you want to come to a place with a staff that will celebrate your wins and work hard to make things the best they can, then this is exactly where you should be!
Since since I’ve been here, I’ve been treated with great respect everybody’s been helpful. Nice a few times I have problems, but it worked out once you get to know people and realize they have a lot to do and you’re not the only patient here. I’ve got good times people it’s here that work with me, take care of me. I would recommend those to anybody. It’s very nice send the new section. I got a good roommate somebody super super nice. I can’t name them because it would be fair to everybody, but I have a few of them that was a number one for me And I would do anything for them thank you and I hope I can still stay here cause I’m running in the problems with Medicaid so we’ll see what happens
