On several occasions, there were no nurses available. (Like today, January 25, 2020) You have to wait a long time for one to arrive. When one does arrive, they always say they're understaffed and that they're not available on that ward. No one has been assigned there. The nurses are very rude and interfere with your privacy, even though it's none of their business. I ask that this be resolved. And for an appointment so I can discuss this with you personally. A really great house with a very competent management and a very empathetic and natural nursing service management. Everything is easy to reach not far from the city center.
