We visited this nursing home again today and were approached on the second floor by a dark-haired, elderly nurse with glasses, speaking from her room in a tone that was unacceptable and inappropriate for the situation. What echoes through the forest... Apart from this malicious nurse, I've only had good experiences with this facility so far. Still: Such nasty people shouldn't be allowed to work in the nursing profession.

The entire staff, including the administration, is always approachable and very friendly. My mother feels well cared for here; the residents are well looked after. A beautiful garden, comfortable common areas. The only thing that could be improved is the food; perhaps a change of chef?
I put my dad there. It's lucky that you can get a place in a nursing home at short notice. We cared for him at home for as long as we could. When I visited him, the reception was busy and gave me room numbers etc. Up on the 2nd floor I didn't find any nurses or contacts, nothing... no one there! After 20 minutes of wandering around, I was finally able to ask someone. Are currently eating. 20 old people in need of help, some with dementia, sat at the table. No carers, help, etc. I knew that there would be savings in care, but please not like that. I would like to refrain from commenting on my assessment from you, the management. What I've seen is enough for me. I visited a friend in the Pfaffenwinkel nursing home in Weilheim. I expected the worst... but that wasn't the case. Lots of staff, always a contact person, friendly, helpful... Unfortunately too late!
A big compliment and recognition to the nursing staff. My mother was well looked after and cared for. And there was always a contact person for the relatives. We didn't have to walk my mother's final journey alone. Thanks again for the help.
My aunt is staying at the Malteserstift Percha. My more often Visits there always give me the impression that she is well accommodated and well looked after. The nursing staff are consistently very nice and helpful and seem to be well trained. The house is in a very nice location, is obviously well equipped and well maintained. Reachability by telephone could be better, but that is probably due to the unfortunate staff shortage. I wonder how it is still possible for the home management to achieve such a high level of performance with so few staff and in a good atmosphere! Respect!!
