The food, which everyone complains about, IS getting better with the new chef. Seems to me there are a terrible amt. of rules, petty laws. Maye this has something to do with "giving up control. Everyone is adult so maybe more tolerance is necessary instead of rules .The "myth of the cruise ship" lives on w/ varying degrees of creditability Communication--both for INTENT and for CONTENT between the Admin. offices & residents is a Real, continuing, frustrating problem. It's hard to take seriously "notices about wearing masks for Covid, when Assisted Living in 1 building is "locked down" And nothing else is said anywhere about "must wear" masks, so no one does. Exec. Dir. runs A.L. but "no one runs the residential admin. communications..

Building and property are nice. Neighbors are great people. Food is not good. Some ok food items. Most evenings food is served cold and lacks any flavor. Vegetables are cooked to mush. Not a pair of dentures in site for who this might be required. Not good and it’s four out of five days like this. Having some good food is always a nice surprise on occasion.
I was disappointed when I found out I wasn't going to be able to schedule an appointment to see Dr. Reddish as I had a wonderful experience with my unfortunate need for orthopedic skills previously. However I was just as delighted with my visit with Dr. Becker on this next adventure In fact, the entire staff at this facility couldn't be more patient, kind, and helpful.
Great place very safe.
My mom loves it here!
