Majestic truly is a dump, from the administrator and hr on down! The building is in terrible condition, to call it filthy would be an understatement. You have to put your belongings in a plastic bag and tie it up to avoid taking unwanted bed bugs, roaches and other critters home with you. They are never fully staffed, 95% of the staff they do have are rude, ghetto and unprofessional. Any positive reviews are being written by staff, not patients. The conditions in this facility have been this bad for YEARS with no changes! For the families of patients acting clueless to the living conditions, you tour the facility before placement, you know how bad it is before they get there. To the ones saying Cooper put them there, they offer you suggestions for placement but it’s in the patient to decide where they go.

The worst place you could ever send your loved ones. My grandfather lives here and it’s been trouble ever since he arrived. His cell phone and ALL his clothes were stolen!! When my mother and I complained to the higher ups they “investigated” and then went mia. The staff are rude as ever and don’t provide proper compassionate care. The rooms are disgusting! The pictures on their website are very misleading. If you’re reading all the bad reviews please BELIEVE THEM!!! This place really does need to be investigated badly.
UPDATE!!! I filed numerous complaints against Majestic Center For Rehabilitation & Sub-Acute Care and here are the "improvements" the facility made to my father's room. This is still unacceptable and I will continue to fight until the owner's either clean up their act, or get shut down. The mold was covered with spray paint and spackle. The water damaged ceiling tile was also spray painted. Nothing was replaced, the mold was not tested and the facility did not even have the decency to sand and paint the walls. To date, there is still no soap in my fathers room and the medical staff at the facility DO NOT follow proper infection control procedures. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!! My father has COPD, emphysema, severe asthma and advanced lung disease. One day he had issues breathing and he requested that his nurse Emanuel call 911. His nurse REFUSED to call, so my father stated he would call 911 on his own and his nurse told my father that when the ambulance came he was going to tell them to leave and that my father refused treatment!!! My father called 911 anyway and was in the hospital for a week!!!! I confronted the nurse and he admitted to me that he refused to call because my father refused to allow him to check his vitals! On another occasion, Emanuel came in to administer my fathers eye drops after cataract surgery. He did not wash his hands, grabbed a pair of gloves and sat them on a dirty sink. He then proceeded to open my father's eye drops when I told him he needed to wash his hands. He picked the gloves off the sink and held them up as if wearing a pair of gloves was sufficient. I stated I did not care about his contaminated gloves and told him he must wash his hands, especially since my father has just had eye surgery!!! He proceeded to wash his hands for less than 10 seconds. My father's Iphone and his new clothing we bought for him were stolen. The entire facility is disgusting and the staff is unprofessional and rude. The pictures on the website are NOT what the place actually looks like. I WAS HERE 6 YEARS AGO IN REHAB FROM A BAD BREAK. I WILL SAY MY STAFF WAS DIFFERENT & FRIENDLY. I HAD MY FAVORITES & THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES ALLOWED TO DO ANYTHING WITH ME. MY EXPERIENCE WAS OKAY, I HAD MY UPS& DOWNS EVENTUALLY I GOT OVER THAT. MY ROOM MATE WAS OLD SCHOOL & FUNNY. I MISS HER & WONDER HOW SHE DOING. MY NURSES WAS SPOT ON & TREATED ME WITH RESPECT.... IT WAS LIKE WE WERE FAMILY. OVERALL FASTFORWARD, IM HAVING SURGERY ON THE SAME LEG SIX YEARS LATER. BUT LESS AGGRESSIVE THIS TIME THANK GOD!!!!
Let me just say one thing about this place the workers/staff are terrible. Please tell me how nurses/staff with out my permission can just do what ever they want to my family member idk how this place is still running oh and workers are high all day and taking care of patient meds better yet I see nurses smoking either the state needs to do there job and do a better look around in the place or something! I will be working on finding a different place for my family member
