I had my hesitation about moving my loved one in Majestic, but after talking to Jacki I wouldn’t have changed my choice. Any issues I had she got fixed and called me back with solutions. We all have issues but Jacki found solutions and ensure my loved one was cared for by staff.

I have a family member currently at this facility and the care has been unimaginable. Family stops by to visit often and conditions haven’t improved over the last 6 weeks. This was already a tough transition for our family but the lack of accountability and all of a sudden what they can’t/don’t do has made things tougher. From the very first day, they weren’t prepared for intake and on-site care has been insufficient. My family will try to make more progress over the next week or two before posting photos or transferring care to a better assisted community. If you can help it, steer clear.
Absolute worst from administration, management, nursing care, billing, pharmacy billing. I do not recommend this place no matter the circumstances. I am suspicious of shady billing practices as well as the proficiency of the wound care of patients. 2 weeks prior to my mother’s death I complained about her chest congestion and wounds on legs and feet from swelling. I was told X-ray did not reveal anything wrong with chest. Wound nurse said nothing wrong about legs. Death certificate says Severe Sepsis and pneumonia. The place always smells like urine and the facility has had no updates since it was built. Also they don’t even have an ice machine. Staff scoops ice using large plastic spoons for you from a cooler. I had to buy toilet tissue because the night staff didn’t have keys to open the closet where toiletries were kept. I will say I believe the MOST of the first line workers want to do a good job but the administration and management and processes are so unorganized and chaotic. Again there are billing practices going on that I am beginning to believe are intentionally trying to defraud private pay patients and Medicaid. Go anywhere but here.
There so much to say..we reach out to Ms.jackie who helped us get my mom transferred and placed in their facility.everyone is very nice soon as you walk in the door, the place is very clean. They check on all the patients in a timely manner of course when they are not too busy. But what place wouldn’t be.
I have been getting pretty good care from the aids, the nurses, and the therapists. The dietitian has been very helpful. But my big shout outs go to Kim and Gloria both day shift aides. They both have taken their time to show interest in my wheelchair transfers and were very helpful in assisting me. And Sabrina, a night shift aide, has been very attentive and supportive of my needs too. Much thanks to the whole staff!
