The place is so dirty and nasty. I wouldn't let my dog stay there. They didn't take care of my mother and she fell and it took two days to get her to the hospital and her knee was shattered. They lost all of my parents clothes and bedding. When I moved them out, I had to buy clothes and bedding. The place needs to be shut down. I've called state on them for neglect. The food I wouldn't feed to my dog. Horrible. Cold French fries and hot dog. I couldn't wait to get my mom out of there.

This is the worst facility I have ever seen in my lifetime. Patient care is at bare minimum. Reports of people falling and being neglected for hours and sometimes days. 5 different bosses in less than a year have quit. The staff routinely neglects Patients needs and families questions about it. They never answer the phone. Family members can be banned because they are a danger. But yet are able to walk right in because nobody staffs the front desk. Do not recommend under any circumstances. Go anywhere else but here. They won't even call you if something happens to your loved one. Worst facility ever!!!!!
this is a for profit place that’s in shambles. the nursing staff is on a constant turnover, and the patients are miserable. they can’t keep it even near capacity because, well, just take a tour. so sad to see nursing homes like this.
👍👍I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for all your hard work to the clinical staff . I stopped in during the 4th of July holiday just to make sure my dad was well, because I know that they have had some staffing issues. I was pleasantly surprised. There seemed to be plenty of staff on the shift moving about seeing after residents and helping assist one another 😊. My dad looked well and was resting in his room taking a nap before dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff did a good job preparing his dinner, which he enjoyed. His room was clean the floors and his bathroom clean and no dirty clothes in his laundry basket!! Wow, awesome. It seems like there are some good vibes flowing through and I’ve seen some new staff with smiling faces lately.. Kudos to the staff 👍your team work, dedication, kindness and compassion for the residents is appreciated. Thank you
To everyone who made last week so special, WOW what a wonderful week it was. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. The candy, pizza, ice cream and shirt and the trip to the zoo were all so special. That was very kind of you and I will remember this for a long time! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Blessings and peace! Anna Worth
