My fiance's brother and his wife are there. I had to get their trash together it was falling out on the floor.There was a sweet Aide that was helpful, but the nursing staff hide behind their diplomas, not really moving around too much. The level of care is not good. The halls smell like urine everytime we visit. I guess the only time they kick into gear is when State visits.

Joke of a facility. Staff prefers to sit at the 100 Hall nurses station watching TV together than answering lights, calls, doorbells. Also, figure out your laundry/staffing issue so the patients are not left in dirty, soiled bed linen every day. It’s disgusting.
Tried to enjoy but 3 showers in 31 days concerned me and lenning changed 5 times new items lost it woke me up 3hour to pass meds. SCARY...
From the first time I stepped foot into the facility, the staff has been the best! Admissions went super smoothly and the nursing staff love my mother. Great place!
I would like to take a moment and THANK everyone of the Majestic Staff members for a job well done!. Each and every staff member I have spoke with has been very polite, very helpful and has answered any and all questions I have had. My honorable mom is there and they have all been good to her!. The only issues I have had has been waiting for a nurse to answer when I call but just as any nursing facility, hospital, or doctors office nurses are a little busy with patients. Over all so far my experience as well as my honorable moms experience has been great!. I would like to give a special thanks to a few of the office staff members Emily, Sylvia, Tammy and Brandi all of whom I have personally spoke with at some point have been absolutely WONDERFUL! They have been very helpful and caring. They have take time even when off work to correct an issue I may have had or even to answer a question I had late at night. Over all this has been the best place I could have chosen for her. They are the first to actually acknowledge my honorable's mom service in the marines and I could not be MORE PROUD of it! Thank you all for everything you do for not just me but to my honorable mom as well! You guys ROCK!
