Yes, this facility is clean and well kept. However our family members have lived here for close to two years. There is a huge staff turn over. The director, Yolanda feels the need to over ride home health/hospice recommendations each time a change is suggested. When I pressure staff about this, I’m told it is “ because we keep people alive at this facility “. So in other words, they only care about the huge amount of money they are getting paid monthly and not about the care or comfort of the residents. We are currently looking for another facility that will provide appropriate care for our loved ones.

The interior of the facility was equally impressive, boasting tasteful decor and an unmistakable sense of luxury and comfort. What truly set Magnolia Court apart, however, was the exceptional staff. Every encounter with their professional, caring, and helpful team members underscored their genuine commitment to resident well-being. One notable feature was the presence of a 24/7 nursing staff, offering invaluable peace of mind for families. Without a doubt, Magnolia Court deserves the highest rating for their dedication to providing an outstanding senior living community.
Magnolia Court holds a special place in my heart. From Yolanda the Director, Activities Director, House Keeping, Chef, Director of Plant Maintenance, Reception. Each person has a true heart for seniors and creating a family environment where you and your family always feel welcome and a part of a family. I've come to love and care for not only the staff but the beautiful residents who make Magnolia Gardens home. Each employee has welcomed the residents as family and goes above and beyond to make each day it's best. I enjoy spending time with everyone at Magnolia Gardens and find the environment stimulating, warm, welcoming and focused on creating a place where all feel they belong and are at home. I'm impressed with the Yolanda's dedication to creating an environment of inclusion and feeling apart of a greater good is beyond exemplary. I've come to know many residents and staff and the more I meet, the more blessed I feel. If your looking for a home for yourself or your family, I highly suggest you visit and experience the altruistic environment of the staff and residents of Magnolia Gardens.
Our mother is 83 and has been at Magnolia assisted living for 4 Years before Covid lock downs and again almost 2 years since we took her back Nov 2021. This place has taken great care of our mom which is also a type 1 diabetic and needs lots of monitoring from the medical staff. All staff employees have been nice to deal with and any issue, they correct it right away to accommodate our mom. She has lots of activates to participate in and 3 hot meals per day and her own room, kitchenette and bathroom, she really likes it here.
