They need to replace the nurse that’s in charge here. This place has started going downhill since the new nurse tayla has taken over. I find it almost impossible to get any answers or clarification from her. It’s like talking to a kindergarten. Too many mistakes has happened in her care and I’m now forced to contact the state for an investigation. I don’t know what they were thinking leaving this lady in charge of dementia patients.I feel bad for all the elders in this place.

I’m appalled at the new nurse they have in charge here! She’s completely rude and unprofessional. I’m worried about the safety of our elderly family members at this place. I have tried multiple times to report Tayla the new incompetent nurse but I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone. Some of the workers are great but this women has no business here. I’m considering using my connections and going to the local news about this place. I will be removing my gram from this place soon. Neglectful and abusive.
My mom has been a resident at Maggie's Place for several years. I cannot say how much we value the care she gets there. The aides are more than amazing and have become "family" for us and for Mom. It is a great facility full of awesome people!
