Absolutely beautiful community. The dining experience is one you will not have at any other community. Lynridge offers 2 main entrees and has an amazing always available menu. Nathaniel and Dena are wonderful at keeping all the residents engaged in thoughtful activities. Ruby and Tan are top notch nurses! The Executive Director, Jeanie, is not one you will see sitting in her office- she is engaged in every aspect of the community. The true gems of the community are the residents. The friendships made within this community would make anyone's heart smile.

I was a guest at lunch today and was not impressed. The service was very poor. I am guessing the servers have not been well trained or are less than enthusiastic. They did not look pleased to be working with these elderly folks.Food delivered is very disorganized. There must be a more efficient way to handle the service. Walking past a table with empty hands while passing dirty dishes going to the kitchen. Not enough clean glasses to get a drink served. I suggest an unknown manager come in and eat in the dinning room several times to see what I’m writing about.
I do not understand a 4.7 rating on Google. My mother was in the Memory Care Unit. She had a fall on a Tuesday Night I went to the building she had a gold necklace on her neck. When I went back on the Wednesday someone took the necklace off her neck while she was passing. My mother had a bowel movement it was on the sheets and on the floor. No one cleaned it up I had the priest and I standing on bowel movement while she was getting her last rights. They threw a towel over the bowel movement in the bed. When I realized it I talked to the Administrator they took the sheets and the mattress pad. I never got the sheets back so I could put clean sheets on her bed. I got my husband to run up clean sheets. If you want dignity for your family member do not put them in this facility. They did not even know she was passing an aide came in to see if mom was coming to lunch I had to tell her she was passing. So sad they cannot even reach out. Same as the other review they wanted to charge $900 dollars to fix the room for the next person. I had to buy and change light bulbs that I requested them to be changed when they were all out in the bathroom. Now my mother has been gone almost a year with a clearer mind I wanted to get her out of that building but with her dementia worsening I decided to keep her there. I requested additional services for my mother told them I would give them more money never received a call back. I was there every weekend doing her laundry and bathing her. I worked in long term care this is a Corporate run building I agree with other review it is the bottom line and heads in the bed.
There was a huge turn over (80%) on caregivers in Memory care. My mom was ignored and there was some neglect. Management was on the defensive and never would address the problems that needed to be addressed. It is a corporate run company that only cares about their bottom line not the residents and their needs. They charged for services that were never provided for by the caregivers. They even charged me $400.00 to move out for things that should have been fixed in my moms room while my mom was living there. My mom is now in a better place and I never realized how bad the care really was until I I found a memory care focused facility with great staff and management. She is so much happier now and very active in her community.
They techs are very nice and can only do what they are trained to do, but I saw that my mom was out of pads for sitting which are for preventing her from getting her seats wet. I don’t like that she runs out of them.
