Very disappointed in the MyRehab at your facility. My dad was treated badly while there for rehab through Medicare. The first section he was in was terrible. The area was so hot that his cardiac defibrillator machine broke. He was on 3 blood pressure medications that made him urinate more often. My dad would call the nurse to come and change him but the nurse ignored him for 2 hours. Also, food was cold and unappetizing so I had to bring food from home. The second area he was in was not much better. Transport lost my dad for 30 minutes. No rehab other than to walk to end of hall was done once per day. He had bowel movements in his pull-ups and was made to sit in the waste all night. I had to take the day off of work to come and document all the sores he developed before being released. Never again would I send a loved one to this facility!!!!!!

Lutheran Life Communities and Lutheran Home is a comfortable, welcoming community for seniors and their families. A great bistro too!
Northwest Community Hospital sent my 83 year old relative, with a broken femur, in a bumpy ambulance to the Lutheran Home. The LH promptly sent her back to the hospital who promptly sent her back to LH, bouncing her over the RR tracks 3 times! The night nurses aides at LH were terrible to my relative, not taking any care to be gentle with the broken leg. They were so rough moving her, the screaming brought another nursing assistant to see what was happening. Then Lutheran Home refered them to a home care company, LifeTech Home Care, that lied about everything, didn't bring the required medical supplies, used up my relative's medical supplies, and left my homebound relative without clean bandages. Shame on you Lutheran Home and Life Tech!
