Who r some of these people working here? Abt the only good ones are the ones who wash the resident clothes and some of the non-white nurses and aides, the others got attitude-feeling entitled? and worse! Btw, I am white person saying this, maybe my humility got you feeling threatened? And I suppose having to work the whole weekend doesn't help, but, if the minorities can still be pleasant and professional.... Well, front desk nice. At least evenings and weekends, they don't seem to mind coming in. can't speak Abt weekdays yet.

In May of this year I fell and broke my arm and wrist. After my hospital stay I was fortunate enough to be placed in Lourdes Rehab facility for 2 weeks to recover from the surgery and receive PT and OT towards the goal of going home. Never in my life could I have ever believed that I would have such 24/7 care from the most kind and compassionate staff at Lourdes. From the management staff to the day and night nursing staff and all of the workers who I came to love. Thank you all so much. If it had not been for the OT and PT staff who worked with me daily I would not have been able to come home and even dress myself. You all know who you are - I will never forget you....you renewed my faith in completely selfless souls....what a job you have and only YOU could have done it so well. I just finished a 3 week stay at Lourdes Rehab. It was a wonderful experience. I received excellent care after being a nurse for almost 40 years myself, I know what good care is! And the views of the lake and the wildlife out my window made me feel like I was on vacation. I went in after a major surgery and I was kept pain free 99% of the time. I Would highly recommend them!
Lourdes is a great place to live in the beauty of nature. Located on Scott Lake we often times see plenty of wildlife. This retirement community has a great social environment. The staff is amazing. Highly recommended.
Over the last several years I've recommended Lourdes to my father-in-law, my dear friend, and my aunt. Each went into Lourdes for very different medical reasons and each was treated with the utmost respect and care! The staff are friendly and attentive, the facility is very clean, and our questions were answered quickly. We're very happy with every experience we've had with Lourdes. So much so that my aunt moved from the rehab to the assisted living and has been loving it there for almost 5 years! Continue your wonderful mission of care for our seniors!
