Today my patient needed some oxygen. I wheeled her out to the nurses’ station and those ladies teamed together and took care of her immediately. Every single employee I saw in action or to whom I asked a question had a smile and a kind word. Everyone was in action. I’m impressed by the kindness in the staff. Seems like a caring facility.

My visit today was great my dad‘s nurse Sam delightful PT gal is really sweet too. I think her name was Mary. Both had so much patience
My son spent 5 days in this awful rehab. He had bed sores and the wound care nurse didn't have supplies to dress the wound, I had to bring saline and 4x4 gauze so the dressings could be changed. He was admitted on a Friday and his medications were not received until Sunday, his pain was so intense the nurse had to take a pain pill from one patient to give it to my son. the dialysis chair that was used to transport him, was told by the physical and occupational therapist that the chair was a hazard and had to be thrown away and there was no other chair for him so they had to wait for one patient to finish so they could borrow his chair. the last day my son was there he got very sick in dialysis and the nurse didn't have the decency to call me and tell me an ambulance was taking him to the hospital. When I arrived that morning for my daily visit is when I was told he went to the hospital, the charge nurse approached me and instead of saying I hope your son is ok instead said if you want us to hold the bed you have to pay, my answer was keep your bed my son will not be returning here. I heard a lot of negative conversations while there I wish these families would write their review of this rehab, please take your loved ones elsewhere his place is a dump .
I am totally pleased with the outcome of my experience with both the occupational and physical therapists. They were very patient and understanding and to my needs and limitations. I will be forever grateful to Amanda, Erica, Sean, Gabe and especially Tammy who gave me the faith in myself. Thanks so much. Jeanne Lane
My husband arrived by transport from a hospital. The hope was that rehab would build up his strength and balance. I arrived shortly after him. The only staff we saw was an administrator with paper work for me to sign. He was left flat down on the bed. When I tried to raise the back, the buttons on the right side of the bed did not work. I was able to arrange pillows. The staff I did see was difficult to understand. As I was preparing to leave for the night, a “nurse” asked me how his medication was given. My husband died during the night. I received four phone calls after midnight. One, your husband is deceased. Two, you need to contact a funeral home. Check on line! Three, you have four hours to remove the body. Four, when will you pick his personal items? The final insult was when the house doctor refused to sign the death certificate! Virginia law requires a response in three days. He held up arrangement for a week. The Loudoun Center is cold and unprofessional. The rooms are dated. Our entire contact with them was a nightmare.
