My mom has been a resident at Loudonville Assisted Living for the past 7 years and it has been one of the best decisions our family has ever made. I cannot express enough how grateful we are for all that they do for my mom there. It is truly a loving place with exceptionally compassionate people from the top down. Never once have they ever made me feel like I was a nuisance when I would bring something to their attention. They always listened to my concerns and always did something about it. I know that because of the excellent care she received there is part of the reason she recently just turned 103 years old August 1st. I highly recommend this residence as the home for your
My mother has been a resident at Loudonville Assisted Living Facility since 2016. In August of 2023 she turned 103. The staff at Loudonville hosted a luncheon at the facility for 15 people from her immediate family, including her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and accommodating. They all went above and beyond. I've often said that one of the reasons my mother has lived to be 103 is because of the people who work at Loudonville and the care and services they provide. If you have a loved one in need of assisted living care I would strongly recommend the Loudonville Assisted Living Facility.
I cannot even begin to describe the sense of peace my sister and I enjoyed once we moved our mom into Loudonville. We knew she would be well cared for at Loudonville. The staff showed kindness and compassion from the day she moved in until her passing. Our hearts will always be grateful for all LALR has done for our family.
My mother never wanted to be placed in a facility, but as her dementia grew worse, my family and I were no longer able to safely meet her needs. Our decision to trust her care to the Levine family in the Memory Care unit of the Loudonville Assisted Living Residence was the best option for us. The entire place is beautiful inside and out, tastefully decorated, and super clean, with a home-like vibe.The attention of the friendly staff made Mom feel comfortable and safe right from the start. The food there is delicious, and mealtime was always something to look forward to. Our family appreciated the fact that the owners are onsite and available to address any concerns, and kept us informed of any change in Mom's condition. We are all very grateful to Loudonville ALR for helping us through this difficult time.
