From the moment I visited this senior community, I knew it was something special. The warmth from the staff, the beautiful courtyards, and the overall atmosphere just felt right. The Memory Care area is spacious, bright, and truly designed with comfort and safety in mind. The courtyard there is gorgeous and gives residents a chance to enjoy fresh air in a secure, calming environment. There’s also a separate courtyard for Assisted Living that’s equally lovely and serene. Niki, the Sales and Marketing Director, was incredible to work with, so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Kristina, the Executive Director, clearly leads by example, and it shows in the positive energy across the community. Teala, who oversees Memory Care, has a natural gift with the residents—she’s patient, caring, and always seems to know just what someone needs. Michelle, the Director of Nursing, brings both compassion and professionalism to everything she does. It’s clear this team is committed to making sure every resident feels respected, safe, and loved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care for a loved one.

Was referred to Lotus Village from a trusted friend who had nothing but good things to say about the facility. After touring it myself, I can easily see why the feedback is so positive! The staff and residents are more like family. You can see the love that is poured into the place. Niki was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable, caring and went above and beyond with all my questions. Teala in memory care was also very helpful.
I just had a tour with Niki at Lotus and it was great! The staff was so welcoming and warm, I’m excited to take the next steps in helping my mom transition to senior living which was overwhelming to think of. After hearing all the great amenities they offer and seeing the beautiful and clean room options I feel more at peace!
My Mom has been a resident at Lotus Village (previously Lanier Village) for over a year now. She is in the Memory Care Unit and the staff has been amazing. They are very kind and responsive to my requests. It is an extremely difficult job to care for the elderly and this staff really steps up. Agape Hospice is also incredible. I am very happy with the care my mom is receiving and comfortable with her living here. It is hard to have a family member in assisted living because you want to be sure you are leaving them in capable hands. For me, Lotus Village has met this standard and I feel my mom is in very capable hands. Thank you for giving me that peace of mind.
My wife, an Alzheimer patient, was in the memory care portion of Lanier Village for six months until she passed away. All of the staff was patient, kind and attentive of her needs during the entire time. They made special efforts to make her happy and comfortable. Of special help was Executive Director Alysia Ruocco. She was always cheerful, helpful and thoughtful. Whatever I asked, she tried to provide. I would recommend the facility to anyone.
