Resident care is good, the facility is clean and modern, food is great! However staff are underpaid and poorly treated. Veteran workers are terminated simply because of their age. They are terminating all their loyal workers to replace them with younger replacements who will be underpaid. Sad that people give their lives up to work for a company and in return they terminate them without cause. Love your job, but don’t love your company! You never know when your company might stop loving you!
