The candlelight dinner was awesome with my uncle ! thank you to the kitchen staff for some good food, thank you to Joey my uncle's assistant, not sure exactly what his title is, if he's an RN or a CNA , it doesn't matter he was awesome! checked on us several times throughout my visit to make sure everything was good and stood there and had lots of one-on-one good conversation with us! these patients are definitely getting personalized around the clock care ! my uncle smelled clean and looked great!! thank you so much to the staff, they've been awesome with my uncle's long-term care and believe me my uncle is not easy to take care of! they do a great job there! My family can't thank you guys more and to see Shirley working there was awesome too she took care of my brother's father before he passed away so that was a bonus love you Shirley..

Seamless check in to visit my ex husband. The facility was very clean and easy to navigate. The hospice nurse was exceptional in her knowledge and care. It was a positive experience under the circumstances.
Walked in to the receptionist who was very welcoming and friendly—told me exactly what to do. The process was so easy because I had been there before, and I enjoyed my visit very much. The facility always looks nice and clean as well.
The actual staff are great but the new check-in is something I don’t mind getting my picture taken and a badge to wear for safety of knowing who is coming and going in the facility but I did not like the fact that I had to leave a phone number. I don’t understand that part of it. The staff were kind and helpful.
Came to visit my Grandmother and during checking in, the staff greeted me and assisted me in the check in process. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional. They answer all questions and provide updates and information without being asked. Glad we chose this facility for my Grandmother.
