I must say that i would not change the experience at Linda Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care for all the ice cream in the world. I must say that the residents are family and they help you realize the life we are given is precious and that just because we all didn't grow up in the same home or look the same we here at LVAL are a family and that's what this place special for everyone.
I have visited assisted livings all over the inland empire for future home of my parents. We are definitely placing them when the time comes. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. You can feel the love with the staff.
This place looks very nice but my experience was that management was very heavy handed lacking compassion and respect. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to remove my friend from here. Then they padded the bill after charging her the community twice. Definitely check the billing here. .
Greatly appreciate the care provided for my mom by LVAL. The staff and nurses have been excellent and responsive.
