My grandma was there for rehab to home.... We brought her clothes the day she was transported there from the hospital and went to visit the next day, and she was still in her dirty hospital gown. They for whatever reason couldnt keep the 8+ outfits we had there for her clean so she was constantly out of clean clothes. They kept writing the wrong name on her food forms my mom corrected it multiple times and they continued to do it. Therapy was great and she did well with it thankfully!

Highly recommend working here as well as to take your family here. Very clean, taken care of facility. My grandpa was here a couple times for rehabilitation and the experience was great. They have all private rooms (only shared bathrooms, some have a private bathroom), they have fish and birds for the residents to look at, a bunch of great activities, food is better quality than most nursing homes. Staff and residents family bring in dogs for the residents to see and interact with. Each hall has it own dining / seating area with a tv & couch/chairs. Honestly my grandpa was in many facilities and this is one I highly recommend to everyone to go to. I also work here and I love my job as well as my coworkers.

Did my clinicals for Highpoint here, WONDERFUL staff. Very caring. Beautiful building, well taken care of. Very specific routines and the staff treated all the residents like they were their own family. Wonderful work environment, very professional yet playful. Amazing place to put your family members 🙂
Logan Acres is a relaxing 95 bed (all private rooms) facility. It sits on approximately 125 acres of Ohio’s best! There are wonderful amenities that will take your breath away and a therapy program that is second to none! We would love to have you become a part of our family or at least allow us to help yours.
