The care I received here was phenomenal! I've heard many unpleasant stories about VA healthcare services, so I was already on edge about coming here for care. However, I was pleasantly surprised about the wonderful services I've received here. From check-in, to the time being seen by a doc, and even the friendly guard in the lobby with the beautiful smile on her face... I cannot say enough good things about this particular facility. Great job VA! This is the type of care our veterans need.
This was the first facility I had to go and be evaluated to be admitted to the VA system. This was the first facility that I chose to have my primary care physician. I went through physical therapy at this location. The Barking at this location is great and is accessible most times of the day during business hours. Getting inside and around this facility was a little bit difficult on the first visit. I have had a decent Care staff at this location since I join the VA system.
Generally good providers all around (rarely the case elsewhere), however wait times are absurd for anything and everything from phone calls to scheduling to receiving care. Sadly this issue is pretty typical for the VA system.
I really like going to this VA facility...it's so much better than the one downtown and less crowded. The wait isn't long and the doctors are very professional and nice
