My cousin went into Llanfair private pay $24,000.00 was given to them before she could be admitted She was there four 16 days and passed away. We have been trying since April 17th to get our refund of $17,000.00 for her familThe administrator Yanell is of no help what so ever. When my Mom came to Llanfair House I was really concerned I would have to find her long term care after her discharge. She has been in and out of hospitals and rehabs for the past six weeks . In just one week at Llanfair house my mom was back her to her baseline. I believe the staff knows what they are doing in terms of memory care and physical therapy. They also made sure she ate well which was something she really didn’t do. The nurses and staff are also very compassionate and warm. Daniel is an amazing social worker who really cares about the patient. More importantly the end result was short of a miracle. My mom is back home now and requires very minimal care thanks to the wonderful team at Llanfair.
My name is Andrew. I am moving from this facility. The reasons are that some staff are nice and takes care of me. But the majority needs more training and more empathy. The Administration only cares about the money and not the care of the clients. I may not of broke my hip and had a replaced if they were able to distinguish the need to have to keep more of a eye on me due to the hallucinations I have been having as they were reregulating my meds. In turn I fell out of my bed a second time the day after I came back here from the hospital after having hip replacement.
Highly recommend! The customer service is outstanding and always willing to help in any way. My parent needs 24 hour care, and from day one, we've had excellent communication between us. My mom is very happy and loves the staff.
llanfair house is very nice and welcoming. Luz Perez is an amazing employee she really cares for her patients. Aurea Torres is also an amazing employee.i also want to thank Pam Mendoza for being a good awesome director of recreation Thank you for caring all patient and the staff.
