LivWell Seniors, or should I say LOVE Well Seniors, was the necessary piece I didn't know I even needed. When my DAD'S living situation became too much to handle on my own and assisted living was the option of choice, Erica was such a help. From the first phone call to her, she assured me that things were going to be OK. She was a HEAVEN send. She took on all of the hunting for a place. Connecting us with only the most suitable options and even accompanying us on tours. She asked so many relevant questions while we toured, making sure that the staff of potential destinations were fully equipped to handle all of DAD'S needs and wants. The entire experience left me feeling so satisfied. She really knows her stuff. And the fact that she drove two round trips of over 4 hours a piece to help out shows just how much she cares. Anybody faced with the daunting task of helping a Loved one find the right home/community, trust me when i say, you need an ERICA. My family Loves her and we can't say enough about her and LivWell Seniors.

Erica was a great help assisting us with navigating to find the correct assistive living facility for our family member. She is very educated about facilities and the services they offer. She was kind enough to help us set up appointments to view different facilities and attended those visits with us. She was very helpful in coming up with questions that we would have not thought to ask which helped us with making our decision. Live Well for Seniors is a great service available to seniors who feel like there is no help available. Uf you are in need, check into their services!
I can’t truly express how much of a help LivWell has been to our family! Rhonda and Gwen were both there to help advise us and guide us through so many things we would never have been able to do on our own. Compassionate and caring. From our first visit to placing mom into the proper memory care facility, they were always available for texts, calls to help us. When we encountered an unexpected downturn and it seemed like we didn’t have any options, both Gwen and Rhonda went above and beyond to make calls for us, and work non-stop to get mom the help and placement into a caring facility that she needed. They were invaluable in helping us navigate the emotional, physical and legal obstacles we faced. I truly don’t know where our family would be without their help and guidance. They truly understand the struggles of caring for a loved one and have the expertise and connections to help everyone in this situation. We knew we weren’t alone and having LivWell guide and advocate for us was a godsend!
I was referred to Rhonda by multiple Colleagues that I worked with at the hospital. I had never heard of this type of service and I am so grateful I reached out. She met with my Dad to get to know him. She then met with me and my sister for more information with the purpose of finding an assisted living home that would be the best for him. She nailed it! She took all of the work off of us. Not only did she give us a list of places she recommended but she communicated directly with me and my sister and then she drove us around to each facility so we could see first hand. She educated us on the process of entering into assisted living and we learned about things we would have never even thought of that were very important. She coordinated everything. I literally feel like she took the weight of the world off my shoulders. I truly believe without her knowledge, experience and willingness to spend time with us we would not have made the best decision for our Dad.
