My beautiful mother just concluded her fourth year at this wonderful senior residence. Brian, the owner, guided our family through the confusing and difficult process of placing our Mom in care. The entire staff, especially Pat, made our family feel very comfortable and happy with our decision to entrust her care to Little Senior Residence. From day one, she was welcomed and treated with respect and kindness, made to feel like a member of an extended family. I cannot say enough about the lovely people who cared for our Mom. They are all angels and will never be forgotten by our family. Sadly, Mom passed away a little over a week ago, snug and safe in her bed, in the company of her loving caregivers. All details were thoughtfully arranged, the room was quiet and comfortable, her passing was made smooth and peaceful. Pat, who is truly one of a kind, took care of many of the details herself. The Little Senior Residence is a large house with a spacious front porch on a quiet residential street. This small facility provides personalized care. Everyone is friendly and kind. The food is excellent. My Mom lived here for almost 2 years and I am thankful for the wonderful care she received. I knew from the start that I didn't have to worry because she was in the best hands. Coming to the Little Senior Residence from another facility, there was no comparison. The level of care here far exceeds the previous facility. If you are in need of a high level of care, I highly recommend the Little Senior Residence.
The Little Nursing Home is a wonderful facility. It is extremely well managed and the working staff are truly some of the most professional, caring, and compassionate people I have ever met. Their work ethic is second to none. They pay attention to the smallest of details and carry out their outstanding daily care like nothing I have ever seen. They were always accommodating to our entire family and treated us like their own family throughout my Mom's stay here. Her caregivers, nurses, and Brian (owner and manager) all showed up for her funeral (as well as my Dad's two years later). That says it all. I highly recommend the Little Nursing Home if you are looking for a clean, well run and caring facility.
Little Nursing Home is a fantastic facility with warm and caring staff, from top (owner Brian) to bottom. I’ve had three family members in residence there over the past 9 years and could not be more pleased. I had searched extensively in central Jersey for a facility for my ailing father. My mom, a retired RN, found this place via a newspaper ad. She checked it out, talked RN-speak with the nursing director (also an RN) and said that’s where she would place my dad and transfer my aunt. Then she said, “and if I ever need a nursing home, please put me here, too.” Several years later, my brother and I honored her wishes. We couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism, site cleanliness, and love shown by all staff members. Even the food is great! The home is sited in a beautiful residential part of town. You would never know that it is a nursing home. If you have a loved one needing a high level of care, please give Little Home a look. I know that my mom, who has always been my best friend, is in good hands. After a visit, you may find that reassurance yourself.
