Place has really gone downhill quite a bit. It was nice when it was first built, but hasn't been kept up with.
This is the worst place I’ve ever lived in my life.. I wouldn’t tell anyone to move here. This place will have you stressed to the max. You get inspections all the time. They continue you raise your rent. If you have kids the kids have nowhere to play but in a parking lot. The walls are paper thin!!! I hate it here I have been here 7 years trust this is not the place you want to be! The washers are always broken and they continue to raise the price on that! Oh and let me not forget that everybody stay in everyone’s business. I pay my rent they still say I owe them. When I first moved here the management was stealing money from the tenants. This place is a joke period!!!! I’m moving and can’t wait! Don’t move here I’m telling you NOW!!!!
This place is a joke. It’s like being in middle school. There are people in building 400 and building 200 that you need to watch out for. They are absolutely in with the “manager” the Russian in the office. Natalie tells these people everything about your business. The door slamming, stomping up and down the stairs, screaming in the halls. It’s literally hell there. I’ve never seen anything like that place. Yes they had 2 major cases of bed bugs in building 400. And no the tenants were never told by management. It was hidden. The doors are never locked and if they are people on the 3rd floor yell the code out the window any way. So to sum it up. If you want your personal business known by 2 specific people in building 200 & 400, be lied to, oh yeah have minimum of 8 “inspections” a year where you’re told they are coming in home or not. And make up reasons to “inspect” apartments, and you do get “infractions” like you’re 8 years old. This place is a joke. They bully people. People need to wake up there and realize they are being taken advantage of. It’s not a nice place. I give it another year and it will be trashed. More than it is. Don’t believe me then go ahead and sign a lease and hold on.
I loved living here for the two years I resided. Some questionable tenants, but overall I loved my view from the 3rd floor and the layout of my 2 bedroom
