My mother and her partner love it. Truly. Active friendly and kind community. I've been impressed with the attention to detail and care that's provided. Beautiful nature all around, nice amenities, very personal and meaningful life there. Lots of great activities they love and genuinely truly appreciate.

My mother has lived here for two years. Day after day, we continue to witness abysmal negligence and absolutely disgusting conditions. I have several photos of my mothers room condition, including soiled briefs and past-expired food. The nursing staff is completely and utterly incompetent; their level of compassion and empathy for those who require their help is comparable to that of the devil. This is far past a medical and sanitation concern; this is now a legal matter. For the price, it’s pathetic. I’ve gotten better room service at a Motel 6. If you have a loved one that require special care, I 100% recommend looking elsewhere. Linden Ponds (Rose Court) have zero integrity and have done absolutely nothing to improve the care of my mother. I feel for those who have loved ones here.
My mother lived here twelve years and enjoyed every minute. We kids enjoyed having her live in a place where she could have a wonderful independent life and we would have no worries about her. Because of all that, and as soon as we could, Hubby and I moved in! Not only is this a great place to live with wonderful amenities but you are assured of being taken care of for life! That was very important to us. We have a lovely, bright, two-bedroom, two-bath apartment on the sixth floor that we've decorated to satisfy ourselves. Our cat loves the open windows. I'll recommend an Erickson Community to anyone who will listen!
My grandmother is well cared for there. She has people come to make sure she takes her meds and they do just a great job. Also, Linden Ponds has had so few COVID-19 cases because of the strict measures. I am truly impressed with the measures they have put in. The meals and restaurants there, though closed now, are terrific for her to eat, get out of her apartment, and socialize.
Dad loves it there, but I think they could do better with the snow and ice. Its not like we get a lot anymore, but being an older community it should be bare/dry and slip fall free. Again aside from this, I do recommend.
