I can't say enough good things about the care my mom received at the Linden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation after her total hip replacement. From the moment she arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. The nurses and aides treated her with genuine compassion and respect, making sure she was comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. Her physical therapy team was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and deeply committed to helping her regain mobility and confidence. They designed a personalized rehab plan that really helped her progress faster than we expected. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a peaceful atmosphere that truly supported her healing. What really stood out to me was how the entire staff—from housekeeping to administration—seemed to work together like a family, always smiling and ready to help. They kept us updated regularly, which gave us peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. Thanks to Linden Center, my mom is back on her feet and stronger than ever. We’re so grateful for the care and support they provided during such an important time.

Trying to find the right facility for a love one is never easy. However, I am pleased and happy with the care my Mom is receiving from Linden Rehab. I had my Mom transferred from another facility to Linden and the transition was smooth thanks to Craig who is apart of intake team. Honestly if it wasn’t for him I would’ve been searching forever for a clean and reliable facility. The reviews had me scared but Craig not only reassured me but also sent videos and info that made me comfortable with choosing Linden. Thus far I am happy. Oh and the staff here that I’ve encountered has been very pleasant and helpful. Thank You Guys and keep up the good work🙏🏽❤️
From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you to everyone at Linden Center. When my sister had her accident, our whole family were shaken. She came to the facility needing four-person assistance just to move, and we didn’t know what the future would hold. But from the moment she arrived, they embraced her with care, respect, and love. They didn’t just treat her like a patient — they treated her like family. They made her feel like a queen, giving her dignity, strength, and encouragement when she needed it thr most. The wound care team was incredible, always attentive and gentle. The CNAs and nurses were a blessing — patient, kind, and professional. Though I won’t mention any names, every single person who touched my sister’s life during her time there made an unforgettable difference. The leadership, from the DNS and ADON to the entire nursing and rehab teams, were remarkable. You could feel the compassion and excellence in everything they did. Because of their dedication and faith in her recovery, after about three months, my sister was discharged home walking on her own two feet — something we prayed for but feared would take much longer. I can say with pride that this team practices what they preach. I have no regrets about the choice I made. If I had to do it all over again, I would trust Linden Center without hesitation. Thank you for giving my sister her life back. Thank you for being the kind of team that not only heals the body but uplifts the spirit. I will recommend this facility again and again to anyone who needs true care, real healing, and a family away from home. Forever Grateful, Fabiola Dominique
Mom is in this place and so many things happen that could have been prevented if they looked after her properly...you go to this place and ask questions NO ONE knows anything, they will tell you let me get a supervisor and you will be waiting forever.. this place needs to do better!!! My mom was sent to the hospital and even the nurses said they would never work there, so currently looking for another location. Absolutely ridiculous!
In my experience with Linden Center, I think they need diversity. And for this reason, I believe it creates problems with work environments. I have seen things at that nursing home that must be taken seriously. Ms. Penny should go! She is not what you see. I think she doesn't have good practice and ethical rules in nursing. CNAs are running away from that place because of her, I believe, from what I heard with my ears. There are lovely people there, lovely CNAs, so make no mistake! But Penny is problematic.
