The CNA staff were very helpful with my mother’s visit there. I felt as though the physical therapy department and the occupational therapy department were very lax in there getting my mother back into shape. The head nurses did a good job, but we’re not able to control the proper care of my mother it seemed as though they had too many patients and not enough staff, or the staff was not willing to participate in the Care as frequently as needed. The food was absolutely terrible in the kitchen had no idea what was going on. Medication‘s were delivered on the wrong schedule and I had to constantly stay on them about that. my mother was very happy with the nurses when they were in the room with her, but the delay time was very long between visits. they promised me that she would get a bath twice a week in the shower and she never received one in shower bath the whole time she was there for three weeks. To me this is unacceptable. They did do in the bed, wipe down on a regular basis.
Anton Watson, from Concierge is very helpful. He is patient, professional and has a warm caring tone of communications. I wish all Skilled facilities have staff like him!
My brother is currently a patient. He has expressed how happy he is there and everyone is really nice to him. After numerous visits, the staff have been amazing with help in just about everything asked for. This family member has been in his share of rehab facilities over a few decades. This is his first complimentary remarks of ANY facility. I’m extremely relieved he is safe and being taken care of so well. Thank you. 6 months later I felt I should update my review. My brother almost died twice in their care. He clearly doesn’t reside there anymore.
I can’t say everything was bad. Some staff was very pleasant and showed care and compassion. Mostly my mom didn’t want to be there so I know that played a part in her not cooperating. Things could be better. .
