Today was my first experience at this Center dropping off my mother for Rehab. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The center is clean and as soon as we arrived my mother was served lunch. The food was delicious. Assessments started soon after arrival.
My mother has been at rehab going on a month, I can't say enough about the Occupational and Physical Therapists they are all very patient and caring, my mother loves all of them. The patient care is great as well, some shifts are more short handed than others on certain days, but they are attentive.
Facility looked clean and orderly. Staff was friendly & helpful to me, and to the resident that I was visiting. Staff came promptly to attend the resident when he pushed the CALL button. My visit there & with my friend, the resident, was pleasant & timely.
I went to see Maria marques during lunch today along with my husband who is Maria’s son. Very good to see Maria speak Portuguese with another patient . Medication and treatment Portuguese neighbors has helped a lot. Thank you for transferring her to that ward.
