My mother has been at Life Care since December 2024. My family and I could not be more grateful for the care she receives. She has dementia and finding a place where she feels safe, engaged, and well cared for was our top priority. The staff at Life Care go above and beyond to provide compassionate, patient, and professional care. The variety of activities they offer is outstanding. The team does an incredible job keeping the residents engaged, whether it is music (they have weekly live music), crafts or gentle exercise. The facility is clean, well maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. A+ for the amazing staff of nurses, CNAs, dietitians, cleaners, and other contributors that make this facility special!

I am so happy with the care my mother recieves here. Two months ago she moved from another facility to the memory care floor at Life Care and it has exceeded my expectations. Everyone has been so kind and helpful from the nurses, aides, activities staff, etc. They keep the residents engaged with great activities all day long (daily from 9-7). My mom is much more content here. I am so thankful for all of the dedicated and compassionate staff.
Minot Unit. The best facility ever. So much engagement for the residents and the most kind and caring staff. My mom was somewhere else before and so much happier here. Every day new activities . Love it!
This facility is mediocre at best. Parking is terrible during the day. The facility isn't always clean. From rooms, hallways to bathrooms. My family members room was infested with flies. Patients are oftentimes soiled, wet and changed 1x daily unless you request them to be changed. Clothes will go missing or be ruined and no reimbursement is made. The director and assistant director will only come running when you are upset over and issue. They never truly address the issue. They do not formally introduce themselves either. They and their team need a great deal of training. They have dogs that team members bring to work who are NOT therapy dogs. Patients are violent and throw coffee at other patients and the staff doesn't really know how handle the situation or the agitated person. Doesn't make you comfortable knowing your family member could be injured. Kathy on the front desk is wonderful. She is helpful, friendly and kind. She is an asset to your team. Many of the nurses and CNA's were fantastic as well. Went above and beyond. With the exception of the charge nurse on the memory care floor. She scheduled meetings with me never showed for them. Scheduled meetings with me on her day off knowing she wouldn't be there. When I complained about her nothing was done. She is unprofessional and her colleagues are a step above her in every way. Do your research. Talk to nurses, CNA's in the hospital and read reviews before you send your family member off to any facility. Many are better than others in so many ways.
My Mother arrived there this afternoon for rehab from a fall where she broke her wrist. She was comfortable ate a lovely dinner when I visited. The doctor will evaluate her this evening. I am very pleased with her care thus far.
