I came to your facility to visit a friend, who is a member of our Wednesday morning prayer group. You have an amazing care facility. The best I’ve seen in my 49 years of visiting the sick and shut-in. Everything was above the norm. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I cannot say enough about the quality of food I witnessed being served to the residents. You come highly recommended. Blessings

I absolutely love the staff, they treat my momma so so nice. I wouldn’t pick another place for my momma. They work so hard for my momma to get better and back to walking YAY. The staff were amazing, they all come to her room with balloons, and card to wish her a happy Birthday, so sweet. They let her have a private room for family, friends to have a Birthday party. Just all around awesome place, super clean, nice big private rooms and the most amazing staff.
I taught an art activity today, first time here but I was a substitute for their weekly art teacher. Very nice facility. The activity room was neatly set up for it and the art materials were well stocked. The front desk people were helpful and someone led me to the art room. They had safe Virus protocols and check in and out. There were several lovely community spaces with books and art and so forth. Clean quiet atmosphere. Their calendar shows lots of activities for residents.
My grandpa just spent nearly 3 months at LCC South Hill and we couldn’t be happier with their care. Everyone was kind, thorough, and helpful. They truly care about their residents. He went from being wheelchair bound due to a long hospitalization, to being able to ambulate and do a lot of his own ADLs. I would highly recommend this place!
I am very happy my brother, Michael McCloud is at your facility. He is improving so fast. Your staff is super wonderful and always professional. Super nice. Speech therapist was with him today. I didn't mean to interrupt her by asking if my brother would be eating soon. Please accept my apology. Thank you very every thing you are do for our brother to get well.
