My father James has become a familiar face at Life Care Center of Raynham—first for six months in late 2024, and now again following his recent open-heart surgery. Over this time, my mother and I have come in nearly every day, and the experience has been unexpectedly comforting thanks to the truly welcoming environment created by every single staff member. We can’t say enough about the incredible care we’ve received—both medically and personally. During some of our darkest and most uncertain moments, we were met with compassion, clarity, and steady support from the entire team. From maintenance to MDs, everyone has gone above and beyond—not only guiding us with informed insight into my father’s condition but doing so with genuine warmth and kindness. It’s clear that every person here is deeply invested in their patients and their families. Life Care played a vital role in my dad’s steady improvement, and we’re endlessly grateful. If we could name every wonderful person who helped care for him, we would—but we’re afraid of accidentally leaving someone out. My grandmother was a patient on the Life Care Plus unit up until her passing. The care she received was phenomenal and I couldn’t have pictured her being anywhere else. The true compassion of the nurses and aides on this unit was evident throughout her stay. The therapy team was also amazing before her transition to end of life care. I couldn’t recommend this facility enough!
I am fully shocked with today’s world and being so short handed with staff at hospitals, restaurants and more so nursing homes that the care my Grandfather received at Life Care Center was outstanding. Starting at the front door staff greetings always made feel comforting. My Grandpa stayed a week under the best care from the nurses, physical therapist,CNA and Dr. I dealt a lot with Heather a Rn she always took time to speak with me even though she was always busy it didn’t bother her to help me. Dianna, social services she planned everything for his arrival home, she was so caring and you could tell she was made for this position. One of our CNA Jojo Grandpa truly liked her, I think because she so caring, loving and really placed a daily smile on his face.I must say he ate very well there and loved the food as well as the ppl that brought it to him. The point of this review is to thank you,all for loving my Grandpa as you did and having him come home to me. He was so happy to be reunited with his girlfriend again. You all are incredible facility a 10+ score truly can’t appreciate you all enough. You are the blessings in this facility that keeps our loved ones safe, clean and get them well. No other place I’d want to have a loved one be. Thank You, Melissa

I can’t say enough about the wonderful care my grandfather received at this facility. The nurses were absolutely amazing—compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to his well-being. They took the time to make him feel comfortable and supported, addressing all of his needs with patience and professionalism. Our family felt so relieved knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. Thank you to all the nurses for your incredible work—you made a real difference in my grandfather’s recovery!
