My mom is currently finishing her second short stay at Life Care of Port Orchard in just one year. Both times her care and recovery have been nothing short of phenomenal. The staff is cheery and professional and the PT and OT are simply the best! They get her up and moving and give her plenty of options for exercising her body and brain. Facilities are clean, bright and well maintained. I would not hesitate to use the facility again.

Wonderful staff. Any questions that I had were answered ,and actually pointed me into better directions to help my mom. Even the cleaning staff Were so polite.. I've met a lot of caregivers over my time. Taking care of my mom. The ones in this Facility are very exceptional They take Extra steps to ensure the care of your loved one. They are filled with compassion and love. The nurses were so knowledgeable and explained everything to me. So I could understand. But most of all ,was the social services Not only did they make my mom's life better.They made it easier for me to care for my mom. Shout out to josh! If you were looking for a good place to take care of your loved one I highly recommend this place.!
My mom, Nancy Cartin seems to be somewhat happy at this place. But if at all possible, could you please ask the kitchen staff to maybe speed up the food process? So my mom won't have to wait for too long for her meals? We would really appreciate it?! Thank you so very much for taking the best care the nurses can!!!🥰❤️
I was very comfortable with the head staff in conversation about my mother. Today my husband and dog visited and joined in singing Christmas songs. Everyone enjoyed our 91 lb dog. The nurses are nice, the staff is nice. The janitors do a excellent job. The place itself is nice and clean. All the very nurses are nice. It's a good place for someone to be.
I have been visiting a friend several times, and consistently she is pleased with her care and is making such good progress with her physical therapy. The care facility is very welcoming, super clean and I appreciate the entrance monitoring to keep the patients safe. The visitor check-in is electronic and only takes about 5 seconds…and I don’t have to write my name on a sticker name badge!
