My father (87 years old) was in Life Care Plymouth for a few weeks. The facility is clean and per him, the food was “not bad…. Actually it is pretty good”. Coming from him, a man with a discerning palate, that was pretty impressive! 😊 The care was exceptional ! The staff was attentive, patient and more than happy to spend the time with him as well as talking with me. Special recognition goes to two of the people that went above and beyond ( again noting the staff there is awesome overall). His Respiratory Therapist (Sandra) went far and beyond expectations in assisting him with his care. She was amazing and very proactive, making it obvious that she genuinely cared. She facilitated getting some special equipment that my father needed, something I never could have done. Thank you Sandra! Tom was his Nurse and he too was outstanding and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to insure my father’s comfort and care. He also helped me immensely by take the time to explain what was going on with Dad. He would always have time to talk with my father and popped in to check on him and say “Hi” often. Thank you Tom! With professional care givers like Sandra, Tom and the entire staff, they made a difficult situation better and much easier to cope with and navigate. A huge thank you to Life Care Plymouth!

My husband was recently discharged from Life Care and he received excellent care. He loved the food and especially the ice cream hour. Therapy was amazing and really got him up and moving again after some traumatic falls. Thanks to all the staff for making him able to enjoy life again.
Every time I visit Life Care Center of Plymouth I am greeted with smiles. I feel comfortable asking questions of staff when I need information. My friend whom I visit often says it is her favorite rehab to go for PT. And she loves the food and the ice cream shop.
As a provider of Homecare services I have had the good pleasure of accompanying quite a few of my clients for rehab services at Life Care of Plymouth. Each experience has been wonderful. Therapy including OT and Pt have been very good, and I have especially appreciated the clinical expertise and family/caregiver education given by Speech Therapist Erika. It was so helpful for our client to return home with a safe swallowing plan. The aides and nurses were caring and attentive. The Director of Nursing Sue is amazing. She has always taken the time to meet with me with any concerns that we had. She is very professional and has an amazing report with all of the staff and as a team they addressed any concerns we had no matter how big or small.
Beautiful facility. Only complaint.. My loved one, when asked if they'd like to enjoy a snack or drink, was disappointed because the staff never come back with the items they said they were going to bring them to enjoy? ( More than once) Need to be more respectful to the guests whom are eagerly awaiting their treats. ❤️ A truly wonderful place to recuperate and rehabilitate all in all.
