At first I was skeptical of this place based on some reviews, I had a few hiccups at first however after about 1 week being at this place they treated my Aunt with such kindness and care if I have questions or concerns they are addressed as needed. My Aunt loves this place and they are very kind, the nurse's aide in the evening named Debbie who is at the Nurse's Station when I come to visit is so sweet and amazing and appreciate her along with the Soical Services Staff making this experience overall great thus so far. So hats off to everyone for again making this temporary placement for my Aunt a comfortable away from home, home for now. Great Job as I know it's hard to please everyone doing this type of work they do but so far I feel good going to sleep at night knowing she is good hands at your facility. Thank You.♥️
As a hospice nurse that visits many facilities I have seen it all, the good and the bad. I was really impressed at my first visit to this facility. At the time I visited the facility was nice and clean with no odors at all. The DON, nursing staff, office staff, everyone right down to the cleaning staff were all incredibly pleasant and helpful.The nursing staff were all also interacting with the patients, as they should be. I was really impressed and in all my years of nursing have never taken the time to complete one of these reviews. Very impressed.
I reside in another state. I would like to commend Karimah Roberts and Shanita Cotton for their exceptional professionalism that helped to facilitate my Mother's admittance to this facility. These ladies are true gems to this organization, and this profession.
Staff was very attentive and helpful. Took care of all needs. Went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The food was surprisingly good. I would recommend this facility.
