My mom has been here for a while. All I can say her experience has been great here. Everyone from the nurses to the cleaners. I appreciate Drake, Carmen, Brian, and Toni. The entire physical therapy staff has been amazing. Dietary and housekeeping have been great as well. The activity ladies go above and beyond to put smiles on the residents' faces. I know I left out some names that have been nothing but good to my mother. They are all appreciated.

My friend of almost 50yrs resides here. I hadn't seen her in about 3yrs. I shed a tear seeing her because of her age and physical status from an accident. She looked so frail. I'm not blaming the Center at all. It's just the hand of life my friend was dealt with. The Center was clean,no odors,staff was friendly and helpful and my friend was clean and well groomed. I retired after 30yrs from a Mental health facility so I know what to look for at those facilities. All the staff was busy and not just sitting nodding off! I was impressed with the Center and care they are giving to my friend.
Life Care Center of Bridgeton provided exceptional care, attention and comfort for our 98-year-old mother. Many thanks to the receptionists who greeted us every day with a smile and kind words; Rhonda Walker, the Director of Nursing and her staff; Drake Tyler, Social Worker; Bill, Samuel and Steve from the Rehab Dept; CNAs, and beyond. Every team member demonstrated genuine compassion and dedication to their position. Staff warmly greeted us every time we walked through the clean hallways to our mom's room. The culture at Life Care Center of Bridgeton is centered on both residents and their families. Our family deeply appreciated the warmth, love, and care shown by the staff. I've looked and viewed some similar facilities like this one and I'm soooo happy I chose this place for my Father. So far so good, staff seems to be very attentive to the patients by checking on them. I feel like I can go home and feel not too worried, of course we worry about our love ones that get old and have to go their for different reasons. I would give a 5 star but my Dad gets cold and the Bath room doesn't have heat so that's a problem and of course you can't bring a heater. How I wish that can change because as we get older we get colder. The facility is very clean no smell, his room is very nice and comfy. I recommend this facility. You would love it. Also I give so much credit to Stephanie one of the Nurses their took up time with my Dad by always answering his questions as he come out his room. My Dad was a busy body but He even commented that the people their was nice, Also Drake the social worker who stayed on top of everything that I ask and what my dad needed. My dad was their temporary but when he got their he couldn't hardly walk now he went home in a month and he's feeling SOOO much better, walking and up in the morning. He use to sleep all day now he has a lot of mobility. Thank you life care Facility team you all did a wonderful job ❤️
Compassion and professionalism is the standard I have seen at Life Care Center of Bridgeton. The receptionist is always friendly; check in/checkout is easy; staff, caretakers, the Director Nursing and Social Worker have all shown genuine care for our mom. The facility is clean and has a welcoming appeal.
