Unfortunately, the Lichblicke Hanau bicycle workshop was not helpful at all. Since my bike has 3 wheels, it cannot be repaired. Reason: the on-site workshop is in a basement and they are not willing to replace the tire in my garage. They also don't have any tips for me who I can contact. The person on the phone only said that, to his knowledge, no one in Hanau picks up a trike for repair or repairs it on site. I even had the feeling that the person I was talking to felt harassed by my request. In any case, there was no sign of any desire to help. I didn't expect that in a charitable institution. So I'll have to wait until someone can be reached at my main workshop again (they're probably on holiday) and then take the bus to work.
