Create the access to my mom's social security account she has access to all of my mother's backup accounts. They have failed to do anything right for my mother. When sending in proof that I am her legal representative they ignore me to refrain from contacting the company they also think it's okay for their aides to have my mother's house keys when I don't even have a set of house keys for my own mother. Since my mother has been in their care she has been in the hospital four different times. And every time I'm never contacted to let me know that she is in the hospital I have to find out through the online portal when I get an update a day later. It's absolutely disgraceful I've done everything. My mom will be dead and I won't even know. And I'm sure her aid will get everything. How is this okay?

I would like to start off by saying that 1 Star is too much. My mother has been a consumer here for many years. The service has gone down. We keep getting the run around from management whenever we call for assistance. They don't seem to care about their Spanish speaking consumers, my mother doesn't speak English and can't never get someone to assist her. It's really sad that liberty has gone down hill, for this reason we have taken our business elsewhere.
Absolutely disgusted with how this company treats the Hispanic community. I have a family member who has been trying to speak with someone in the office about her case worker and absolutely no one can speak Spanish. Management is extremely rude! To seem annoyed with the person who is giving you business is mind boggling. Save your time and take your business elsewhere.
This place used to really help those of us who are enrolled with them. However, I don't know what happened, or when they stopped caring, but it got to the point where I run into a situation where Liberty Resources used to be an excellent place to turn to, I now would rather suffer and look for help somewhere else because they refuse to respond to calls, or anything. The last coordinator i was assigned to constantly brushed me off and refused to provide me any useful information I was in search of. She would simply say "let me talk to my manager and I'll get back to you." After numerous times of her saying this, I come to realize that was her way of telling me to leave her alone. I rarely reach out for help, and this place made my decision easier as to not reach out to them for assistance. I can recall when the batteries on my power wheelchair were messed up, I tried reaching out to my coordinator here for help but to put it lightly, I ended up being a prisoner of my own apt for almost 3 years because she refused to provide me with any information on how I can get them replaced. I called there a couple of months ago in search of information for a wheelchair, left a message...I'm still waiting for a call back. I am now considering on searching for another organization like Liberty so I can transfer my case there.
Most Unprofessional Agency there is in Philadelphia. They don’t care about their workers at all. None of the staff answer their phone and it’s ALWAYS something wrong with pay DO NOT WORK FOR THIS AGENCY. save yourself the hassle.
