Kathleen is an amazing person. She helped Billy Millis through a life changing transition to long term care. I don’t know what we would’ve done without her! She is kind. Caring. And a wonderful wonderful person. This program is she is a tremendous asset to Liberty Pointe and you should be very happy that you have her there! She is truly one of a kind. she made the transition for him so much easier for him and also for myself when it came to keeping in touch and checking on him and giving me the heads up when I came to visit him. I am his ex-wife, but I was there weekly. She is a true charm!

Just say NO to this facility. Any positive review has certainly been written by staff. Please read all the negative reviews for this facility for they are ALL true and heed their warnings. There is nothing healing or positive to be found here. Most of the residents are in the hallways are 90+ years old, wailing loudly for someone to save them. It is quite obvious that everyone is drugged after dinner time because it gets mighty quiet. Any organization sending you here is truly negligent, unreliable and probably getting money in their pocket for the referral. THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR ANY HUMAN BEING especially not someone you love. You will notice that all negative reviews are answered with this line "At Liberty Pointe, we always strive to provide exceptional care to our patients and residents.". It is a lie. Regular care nevermind exceptional care will not be found in the facility. Everyone with negative experience should report this facility to the state immediately. Liberty Pointe needs to be shut down asap.
I highly recommend Liberty Point for the exceptional care and compassion they provide to loved ones. Their outstanding staff delivers top notch service with kindness and dedication. I was thoroughly impressed by the love and attention they showed my mom, a truly wonderful experience!

The facility is clean and welcoming, with lots of activities to keep residents engaged and happy. We also offer on-site rehabilitation services and dialysis, which makes it easier for residents to get the care they need without leaving the facility. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are in good hands. I highly recommend this nursing home for anyone looking for quality care.
Went to Liberty point rehabilitation to visit my friend today. She looked better than she had in the past 2 years. Her care has been nothing but outstanding. She was very happy that every one there has been very nice to her.
