I can't say enough good things about Liberty Park Senior Living. The community is clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone. The staff here truly stands out — they are incredibly hospitable, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home.

We Had Such A Hard Time Making The Decision To Move Our Mother From Her Home To Assisted Living, But It Was The Best Decision We Could Have Ever Made! Mom No Longer Sits Alone While We Work And Also Continue With Our Task Etc….She Has So Much More Socialization At Liberty Park, And We Can Visit Any Time, And Also Take Her With Us When We Can…..But She Now Spends Her Time With Lots Of Activities And Fun Stuff, And Has A Lot Of Friends There….Some She Has Known A Long Time, Others Are New Friends, And She Loves It! We Love Liberty Park!!! And Mom Does Too!
Having checked into various Assisted Living housing in Jonesboro when my Mother was alive, I feel as though Liberty Park Senior Living would have been the perfect place for her. Unfortunately she passed before we were able to move her. I really liked the small homelike atmosphere, the fact that it is not overwhelming large, as well as the cost was more manageable than others we checked in to. The person I spoke with, Laura Courtois was incredibly friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. She showed us around the newly updated facility which was impeccably clean. All in all, I was very impressed with the staff as well as the facility. I would recommend Liberty Park Senior Living to anyone who needs a place for their loved one to live comfortably, safely, and enjoy every day life. For me, it means a lot that it is a smaller facility, as each occupant can get to know others as well as having more one on one help when needed.
They've been going way down hill since this new management. They kicked my grandma out because her health declined when she had actually done physical therapy and got better. Now that they filled up with easier to take care of residents it's like they're getting rid of all the ones that's not so "easy" my grandmother was not the only one they kicked out. My grandma said they were mean to her there. She kept getting UTIs because they hardly ever changed her. Krista Floyd lied about numerous things including weighing my grandma which they never did, assessments on a regular basis that were not done, and when called with concerns she acted like she didn't care and would blow it off.
The worst “pre move in” communication I’ve ever seen in my life. Laura Courtois(Director) told me my dad could move in Wednesday may 3. We agreed that if they needed any more paperwork, they would reach out to me. They never reached out, so we show up with all of my dads things. She tells me “he can’t stay because they haven’t got all of his paperwork”. Of course this upset me. They could have called me the day before. Then today (may 4) she tells me I made her feel uncomfortable because I was upset. Then proceeds to tell me that my dad would get a 30 day notice to vacate if I ever made her feel uncomfortable again. Then her husband Patrick Courtois(director of sanitation for the city of Jonesboro) shows up and cussed me directly in front of my dad, wife, and tenants. Absolutely horrible place to be. She is 100% incompetent. We have been part of the Jonesboro,Arkansas community for well over 7 decades for my dad and well over 4 decades for myself.
