Cindy and staff gave me a tour of their facility. Rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Patients and residents seemed to be happy. I wish the facility were closer to my home. Of the three rehabilitation facilities I visited that day, Liberty Commons was by far the cleanest and most inviting.

I was very well treated, especially on first shift! Chloe and Jessica treated me with such good care and respect and seem to really enjoy their jobs! Donna and Ben were on the same shift and they seem to really like their jobs as well! The whole PT dept worked well together and seemed to care about getting me back to where I needed to be to leave! Leslie seems to be working all the time but would make sure she came in before the end of her shift when needed! I ask Cindy for help when time to discharge and she got everything done! This facility allowed my little dog to visit which helped him and me to rebond! The pet visits are not allowed everywhere but it was great they allowed it to happen!!!
My Mother needed skilled nursing care in Sanford. I called Liberty Commons in Sanford and spoke with Cynthia and she was extremely helpful in making the transition there very smooth and easy. I was unable to be there on the day of admission due to a hurricane at home but the staff there took care of all of my Mom’s needs. I’m very grateful they are there to help our family in this trying time. Thank you!
It was difficult for my loved one to get acclimated to being in rehab. However, the staff here really helped him to be comfortable. The social worker Cindy was outstanding in helping us as well as the billing person Tia, who kept my nerves down as we dealt with the insurance process. Thank you very much to all of the staff in helping my loved one.
My brother is a resident at Liberty. We have had very positive experiences with the staff. He has continued to improve with his health and loves it here.
