My Dad has been a resident at Liberty Commons since Nov 2024 and both he and our family have had such a positive experience! He was previously at another facility and we were not happy with his stay so we were wondering if we had made the right decision in moving him to another facility. Pam the receptionist is always welcoming and quick to help, Amanda the patient coordinator who also drives the bus is so nice and careful with my Dad, Sabrina has been so helpful and communicative. Ashley and Alex on his floor make him laugh, are both so gentle and caring and are such hard workers! Both are aware of everything and really have my Dad’s best interest in mind.

We have had great care for my sister at Liberty Commons. The nurses, the wound care nurse and the would care doctor have been great trying to keep her wounds cleaned and trying to keep them from infections. They change the bandages every day. She had been in so much pain and they are giving her as much as they can for the pain. They meet with me and let me know what is going on her if anything new comes up. Sometimes on weekends they may be a little short with nurses assistance but that is everywhere. I can’t say enough how they have kept me informed about her condition. I can tell tell you first hand they have been great to work with. If you are looking for a place, I would try Liberty Commons first. Cornelia Burch
My husband was admitted in November and I was very torn in my decision to have him in LTC. I have been so pleasantly surprised by the great care he is given! The support staff are wonderful from Maintenance to Housekeeping. I would be remiss not to mention Alex and Ashley who take such amazing care of my husband! I am here just about everyday and always greeted by Pam And his nurse Sabrina is wonderful. She once I am here daily I see the hard work that goes on and the great care taken to make this center the best. Thank you for all you do and easing my mind about my difficult decision. Susan Moore
My husband spent three weeks at Liberty Commons for rehab after a hip fracture. The staff from top to bottom was excellent. I will forever be grateful to Dee Ann Owens for her professionalism, kindness, and support. I consider her family. I also want to thank Glenda and Angie in occupational therapy and Lindsey In physical therapy for their dedication to improving my husband‘s mobility. And then there are the wonderful nurses…Alene, Chrystle, Angela, Anna and Joni. Each was wonderfully kind and generous during a very difficult time for our family. Also want to thank Ashley, Sabrina and Selita. This team of healthcare professionals are the very best at what they do!
My mother has been at Liberty Commons in the Rehabilitation wing for 30 days and has had a great experience. The PT and OT have helped her so much with essential needs. The Nurses and CNA’s are very knowledgeable and compassionate and have just been so supportive!
