If there was a nursing home with the nicest gardens and planter boxes, it's definitely this one. There honestly must be a fleet of green keepers and gardeners because this place looks next level perfect. I come here regularly for work to the aged care facility, and the nurses here are the nicest people in the world. The night staff nurse I dealt with tonight was awesome as. Thanks guys 😀

My Grandmother had lived here for the past 3 years. We have always had lovely experiences with the staff. Truly feel at home with the staff and fellow residents.
Staff generally over the years have been very helpful. It was very disappointing to find out that The Willows no longer have a full time qualified nurse on site. For the money the residents pay that is the least I expect! Rang head office and no one cares!
