Six years ago I decided to move back to Sydney and the Northern Beaches was close to family and friends. Maybrook ticked all the boxes for me: a quiet street, a bush view, a bus at the door, I could bring my cat, close enough for beach walks and all with a spacious apartment within my price range. The friendly, hard working staff create a safe and pleasant place to live. I am very happy I chose to live at Maybrook.

We moved here 6 months ago after 50 yrs in same home. Both of us a very happy with our decision. Beautiful bush outlook with lots of bird calls to be heard. Wonderful sunsets from balcony. Still not very far away from family, the beach and great cafes nearby. Public Bus at the door and village bus twice a week very handy. Indoor heated pool has been very beneficial in maintaining physical well being. Great neighbours ready to help out if needed, Staff went out of their way to help us settle in to our new home.
I have lived at Maybrook for the last four years. We have wonderful staff and the residents are very friendly. The units are very comfortable, and the village is surrounded by an amazing variety of bird life. We have a bus right at the door to Warringah Mall and it is a fifteen minute drive to Dee Why. Maybrook is surrounded by beautiful gardens, I moved here from interstate and have been made very welcome.
My wife and I moved to Maybrook five years ago and we have a lovely apartment with stunning views of the bush. The Levande staff are excellent and we enjoy socialising with other residents. The local shops are only a five minute walk: The Odd Mug Cafe, baker, hairdresser, minimarket and pizzeria. A fifteen minute drive gets us to a number of lovely beaches and the 178 bus to DeeWhy and Warringah Mall terminates at Maybrook. We really enjoy the village and its location.
I've been living at Maybrook Village now for 3 years. The Village has everything I was looking for when I retired. A great location, not far from the beaches, not too close to highways and main roads but close enough to local shops and cafes plus a lovely maintained garden and bush land surrounding the Village with plenty of bird life. I could have my dog with me which was a must for me in finding the right place to live. All of this at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend Maybrook Village for anyone looking for a similar lifestyle to me and a safe and secure environment.
